To Register

Please go to the Online Registration Form, or print and fax the Off-line Registration Form by Monday, April 07, 2008 with a credit card payment of $175.00 [all RCMA member attendees].

It is imperative that we receive your registration form so that we will know the correct number of attendees for each function and can prepare a badge with the proper name and company information for you. As previously mentioned, a $175.00 meeting registration fee is required of all attendees.
