Membership Information
The Roof Coatings Manufacturers Association offers four classes of membership:
Regular Member: Any firm, partnership, or corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing [or selling private-labeled] (a) cold-process protective roof coatings, (b) cold-process pavement maintenance coatings, patching and repair compounds, or (c) cold-process industrial coatings, shall be eligible for membership as a Regular Member. The coatings described in this membership category should include both bitimunious and non-bituminous-based products.
Associate Member: Any firm, partnership or corporation engaged in the business of supplying products, equipment, machinery or services to RCMA Regular Members for use in their business.
Affiliate Member: Any firm, partnership or corporation that is eligible to be, but has not previously been, a Regular Member. This non-voting membership category is offered on a one-time, two-year contractual trial basis. After the two-year period, an Affiliate Member may become a Regular Member with attendant voting rights and dues.
Contributing Member: Any firm, partnership or corporation engaged in the business of supplying products, equipment, machinery or services to RCMA Regular Members, but whose participation in the association is limited to the receipt of newsletters and annual membership directory. Attendance at RCMA events is open to contributing members at non-member fees.

Our Mission Statement
RCMA shall promote and provide for the welfare of the cold-applied protective roof coatings industry, including but not limited to:
-
analyzing and informing the membership of conditions that affect or may affect the industry;

informing the membership of improved operating methods and procedures;
-
conducting research and education activities;
-
formulating or assisting in the formulation of tests and test methods for industry products;
-
representing the industry in contacts and relations with other organizations; the government and the public;
-
engaging in all lawful activities which will enhance the technical and economic progress of the industry.
RCMA is evolving from the past to its present day dynamics by capitalizing on the intense interest and participation of its members who have insisted on providing users of their products with materials that meet higher standards of performance and compliance. Members are able to lead the organization through active participation on committees, task forces, and through peer interaction.
