RCMA ANNOUNCES NEW 2006 LEADERSHIP TEAM
SALAZAR ELECTED AS RCMA PRESIDENT

[Washington, DC] – The Roof Coatings Manufacturers Association [RCMA] elected and installed their 2006 Officers, members of the Board of Directors and Committee chairs at the RCMA 2006 Annual Membership Meeting, held in conjunction with their 2006 Annual Conference & EXPO, January 14-17, 2006, at the Sanibel Harbour Resort, Fort Myers, Florida.

Chris Salazar, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Karnak Corporation, Clark, New Jersey, was elected the Association’s new president. Salazar succeeds Van Ripps, President, Palmer Asphalt Company, Bayonne, NJ, in the Association presidency.

All of the RCMA officers are elected for a term of two-years.

Vice President Long Range Planning: Brian Anthony, Vice President of Industrial Products, The Brewer Company, Milford, OH.

Vice President Member Services: Joseph Mellott, Vice President, Technology, Momentum Technologies, Inc., Uniontown, OH.

Secretary-Treasurer: W.J. “Skip” Leonard, Director of Technical Service, Henry Company, Garland, TX. 

Re-elected and/or elected to fill two regular [manufacturer] member company seats on the RCMA Board of Directors respectively were:

Biff Smith, Sales Manager, Protective Coatings, Lion Oil Company

Elected to fill two associate (supplier) member company seats on the RCMA Board of Directors were:
