RCMA ANNOUNCES NEW VOC GUIDE
Comprehensive Guide Covers All Aspects of VOC Regulations

[Washington, DC] – The Roof Coatings Manufacturers Association [RCMA] announces the completion and availability of their completely revised and updated RCMA Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Guide.  The new VOC guide was prepared for and in conjunction with RCMA by the Association legal counsel, Venable, LLP, Washington, DC.

The contents of the comprehensive document are organized in an easy-to-use, easy-to-reference 3-ring binder divided into a table of contents for specifics about the EPA Architectural Coatings Rule (AIM), including Rule, corrections and amendments; specifics for the Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) States; California Rules; and Arizona Rules. Applicable standards and requlations as published in the Federal Register are also included in the guide, and other supplemental materials useful in understanding the regulations and compliance.

The RCMA and Venable, LLP, have developed the guide for the reference of RCMA members, however, the document is also available to non-members.  It is designed as a guide only.  Users of the document should consult their own legal and labeling professionals to ascertain particular requirements.

The RCMA VOC guide is available in either hardbound or CD format, single or multiple copies.  The cost to non-members is $300.  Contact RCMA headquarters for additional information, or to order copies of the new guide.
